We collaborate with large supermarkets in the United States every year to jointly develop styles that cater to the preferences of offline consumers; The factory design team will design 20-30 styles based on customer needs in May, and participate in customer selection meetings and provide quotations in June. Suitable products will be produced and shipped to the United States for sale in the second half of the year.

1. Customers come to design with drawings

Customer provides design drawings: Customers can provide design drawings or reference pictures of wind chimes through email, WeChat, or other means, and provide corresponding data of wind chimes, such as product size, color, etc
Preliminary communication: Our design team will have preliminary communication with the client to understand specific requirements and expectations

2. Confirm requirements

Detailed requirement confirmation and modification: We will discuss in detail the color, size, sound, shape, copy, and other details of the wind chime according to the customer's requirements, and make necessary modifications to the design.

3. Quotation

Preliminary quotation: Based on the confirmed requirements, we provide a preliminary quotation.
Cost analysis: Provide a detailed explanation of the composition of various costs in the quotation to ensure that customers have a clear understanding of each part of the cost.

4. Sample making

Making samples: After the customer confirms the quotation, we start making samples.
Sample confirmation: After the sample production is completed, we will send it to the customer for confirmation and testing.

5. Confirm layout

Sample feedback: After receiving the sample, the customer provides feedback on the color, size, sound, shape, copy, etc. of the sample.
Final confirmation: Based on customer feedback, we will make necessary adjustments until the customer is completely satisfied.

6. Place a purchase order

Formal order placement: After the customer confirms that the samples are correct, they sign a formal procurement contract and pay a deposit.
Mass production: We start mass production and complete it within the agreed time.

7. Production progress tracking

Real time updates: During the production process, we will regularly report production progress to customers.
Quality inspection: Every step undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure that the product meets customer requirements.

8. Shipping and after-sales service

Shipment arrangement: After production is completed, we will ship the goods in the manner agreed upon in the contract.
After sales service: If customers have any problems after receiving the product, we will provide timely after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
